Returns & Refund Policy for Red Parka Online Sales
1. Overview
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how our returns and refunds process works.
2. Consumer Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product has a major fault—such as being unsafe, significantly different from its description, or not fit for purpose. Even if the fault is minor, you can still request a repair within a reasonable time.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you’ve simply changed your mind, we offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery:
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/seals intact.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.
- Non-returnable items may include:
- Sale or clearance items,
- Earrings.
4. Returns Due to Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or descriptions of the issue.
- We will cover return shipping.
- You can choose between a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL rights.
5. Return Process
Email us at returns@redparka.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We will contact you no later than the next business day to discuss how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process it within 24 Hours.
6. Refunds, Credits & Exchanges
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method—typically processed within 24 Hours after we approve the return.
7. Exclusions & Special Conditions
- Sale, or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- In person sales at our shops are covered by a different policy.
8. Communication
- You’ll receive email updates when:
- We’ve received your return,
- Your refund has been approved,
- Or your replacement has been dispatched.
