Shipping within Australia
For orders going to an address in Australia we offer free shipping on all over $65. For orders under $65 we offer flat rates for both Standard and Express Shipping :

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Hobart's northern suburbs. We usually ship orders next business day. As a small family business, it sometimes takes us a little longer than this during busy times, so thank you for your patience.
Our Packaging
At Red Parka, we are strongly committed to lowering our carbon footprint and tread softly on the earth. We use recycled packaging as much as possible, so your package may come wrapped in an interesting collection of recycled materials! When we don't have the right recycled materials to protect your order, we use recyclable kraft paper and biodegradable bubblewrap. If packing peanuts are used, they are always recycled and are made from water-soluble starch so you can reuse them, compost them or even dissolve them in water to throw them away!
Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard where possible and we use satchels that are both biodegradable and compostable. Even the sticky tape we use is biodegradable!
Please help us look after the earth by reusing, recycling or composting our packaging when you're finished with it.
International Shipping
With the exception of USA and Canada, we offer flat rate shipping to most locations .
Customs Duties
Please be aware that items shipped to a foreign country may attract customs duties upon arrival - in some cases these can be as high as 20%. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the person receiving the item (even if the item is a gift) and by placing the order you acknowledge this fact.
New Zealand
We offer flat rate postage to New Zealand depending on the value of the order:

Orders over AUD 500
If your order is larger than $500 please email us at hello@redparka.com.au with the details of the products you wish to send and the address to which it is going, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days with a "at cost" quote.
Shipping to USA and Canada
Due to the US Administration’s imposition of tariffs and the removal of the de minimis import exemption, we are currently unable to ship to the United States.
Unfortunately, as we are no longer able to ship to United States, this makes insurances for the North American market cost prohibitive for us as a small business, therefore we are also unable to ship to Canada at this time.
We’re very sorry to our North American friends and we hope we may be able to reconsider this situation in the future.
