The Covid-19 global pandemic has reduced the capacity for freight on international flights. The consequence of this is twofold: firstly, that Australia Post has suspended its Economy International parcel service, adding significantly to shipping costs, and secondly, delivery times are longer than usual.
With the exception of the United Kingdom and European Union (EU) (see below), we are happy to provide a custom, at-cost quote for any order going overseas. Please email us at email@example.com with the details of the products you wish to send and the address to which it is going, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days with a quote.
Please be aware that items shipped to a foreign country may attract customs duties upon arrival - in some cases these can be as high as 20%. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the person receiving the item.

Following changes to UK and EU VAT rules (the equivalent of GST) we are not able to send any packages to the the EU or United Kingdom.
