This print was originally designed by Jennifer Cossins created to raise funds for the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary to support their amazing work in rescue and rehabilitation of Tasmania's wildlife, especially in the aftermath of Tasmania's 2019 bushfire tragedy.
Bonorong operates Tasmania’s largest 24-hour wildlife rescue service. This innovative service provides safety and care to thousands of animals every year. They operate with the assistance of trained community rescuers and the devotion of hundreds of wildlife carers, all of whom donate considerable time, money and energy to helping wildlife in need.
Bonorong is working towards the creation of Tasmania’s first fully dedicated wildlife veterinary clinic to provide care to the hundreds of animals they rescue each year. It will be free for the public to drop off wildlife for care and rehabilitation.
Currently staffed two days a week, they are aiming for a full-time capacity, to service Tasmania's wildlife every day of the week. This project is a true community effort and has been possible thanks to the generosity of a huge number of donors and supporters.
This print is printed on fine art Epson paper using Epson Ultrachrome HD inks.
25% of the proceeds from this print will be donated to the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, Wildlife Rescue Service and Hospital.
